Property: White powder
Uses: Clinically applied to the infection of lower respiratory tract, urinary system, skin and soft tissues, bones and joints, female genitalia caused by sensitive gram-negative bacteria. It is also effective for sepsis and meningitis. Experts prefer third-generation cephalosporins for meningitis
Mechanism of action:
The antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria is lower than or close to that of the first-generation cephalosporins. Gram-negative Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Meningococcus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus mirabilis, Enterobacter, Citrobacter, Salmonella, Shigella, and certain ticks Positive Proteus is sensitive to this product. This product has good resistance to gram-negative β-lactamases, and is also effective against strains resistant to ampicillin or first-generation cephalosporins. Most strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Campylobacter, Acinetobacter, Serratia, Proteus vulgaris, Clostridium difficile, and Leesella are not sensitive to this product.
Dosage:
Intramuscular, intravenous or intravenous, adult, 0.25 ~ 0.75g / time, 3 ~ 4 times / d, children, 30-60mg per kilogram of body weight per day, given 3 to 4 times. In the case of intramuscular injection, add 3 m1 of water for injection at 0.5-0.75 g and shake to make a suspension. Use thick needles for deep intramuscular injection. In the case of intravenous administration, the amount of water for injection should be doubled or more, so that it is fully dissolved, the solution is clear, slow intravenous injection or intravenous infusion.
Precautions:
Sealed, stored at 2 oC -8 oC
